I believe blogging is real time consuming activity. You have to commit and you have to dedicate your time on a regular basis if you want to be a successful blogger.

I was recently comparing the the free hosted wordpress blogs at wordpress.com, the opera community blogs and the google blogs offered by google’s blogger.com platform and hosted on blogspot.com.
I feel the wordpress blogs are the most easiest to post and use, the next are the blogspot blogs, and the last ones are the opera blogs. This comparison is in terms of the overall usability and value proposition.
Wordpress recently launched a new version of wordpress. Apart from this, wordpress.com has started offering the new version of blog on their web site. With that, a blogger has pages, then categories, and then posts.
I believe wordpress is the king of blogging world. I’ve worked on and used almost all blogging packages out there, but I’ve always felt that wordpress is the best of all! The reason I say this is… wordpress has the internal architecture that’s highly flexible and programmer friendly and with that, it can be tweaked the way you want to tweak it. You can program and implement the feature you want into any wordpress blog… In those terms, customizing and upgrading your own copy of wordpress is real fun as compared to messing up with any other blogging package.
Regarding all versions of wordpress out there, I believe the wordpress mingus 1.2 version and the later wordpress 1.5 were the best of all… The functions and the internal architecture of wordpress on these versions was the most efficient and the most perfectly manageable!
